Top Health Systems trust Chapter to serve their patients

How do we help?

Start
When transitioning to Medicare

We reduce patient leakage by ensuring patients aging off of their commercial coverage find and enroll in best-fit Medicare plans that meet their ongoing care needs while maximizing benefits and savings.

Trust
During Annual Enrollment

During the Annual Enrollment Period, your patients are inundated with misleading Medicare Advantage advertisements. We partner with you to help them cut through the noise and ensure they find or remain on coverage that prioritizes their care continuity.

Relyon
After contract terminations or carrier disruptions

We help mitigate any carrier related care disruptions by working closely with managed care, patient financial services, and marketing teams to proactively engage affected patients and help them find optimal Medicare coverage.

How does Chapter make money?

Like other Medicare advisors, Chapter earns revenue from insurance carriers. Unlike other Medicare advisors, we recommend the best plan for your patients, regardless of whether it pays us commission. The compensation earned by our licensed Medicare advisors never varies based on the Medicare coverage recommended.

What types of plans does Chapter offer?

Chapter recommends all Medicare plans. This includes Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans, Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans including Special Needs Plans, and Part D Prescription Drug plans. Chapter also helps patients to sign-up for Original Medicare (Parts A & B).

When is the best time to start a partnership?

Chapter can help your patients year round. We help patients as they transition to Medicare when they turn 65 or retire. Furthermore, our experience suggests that beginning a partnership well in advance of the Annual Enrollment Period substantially improves the impact we can have for your patients. Our team is also trained to help your patients identify Special Enrollment Periods that may be available throughout the year.

What types of health systems does Chapter work with?

Chapter works with health systems with both national and regional scale. We also work with a diverse group of healthcare providers today including primary care practice groups, specialty care providers, and academic medical centers. We tailor our partnership approach to the unique goals and needs of each organization.
